As others said, there's little detail to this headpiece. It's smooth like metal, not wrinkled or layered like a cloth headband. Sure, it's fine for what it is, but it's certainly not one of the more eye-catching pieces offered on this site.
It fits just fine, but it could use some more texture on the surface, like the original lego pirate bandanas have. This one is very smooth and tends to look more like a weird hat than a tied rag.

I guess I was hoping for something a little less bulky, closer to the old do rags the pirate sets used to come with. Its still a quality made piece, just not in the way I hoped it would look.
I'm not very much into soldier or warrior minifigs, so I use this as a summer time accessory.
I like these a lot use them for different of my projects will need more.
