I took it to represent one of the rusty daggers of my current D&D character (a kobold). Design is ok, but I'm not satisfied with the dark red plastic.
This is an awesome knife design. Heavy enough to almost be a short sword, makes a gnarly ceremonial dagger, and lets your wizard minis look a little bit dangerous for a change.
