Is there a more feared mortal in history then that of an Executioner? If there is, I can't think of one. When that iconic Executioner Hood is draped over their heads to conceal their identity (to avoid any revenge attempts), they became death incarnate to those sentenced to death by guillotine. Funny enough, in some regions, the Executioner became a celebrity of sorts when typically they were shunned by the public so as not to be associated with someone who killed so openly even if it was by order of law. The price of being the baddest dude in the room, I suppose. As if pulling the string on the Guillotine Blade wasn't damning enough, an Executioner sometimes had to literally take things in to his own hands, and finish the job with a blunt Executioner Sword or (thankfully) sharper Executioner Axe. These things weren't often very clean...
