The author Lowey Bundy Sich of the amazing children's book series, "From an Idea to..." (New York: Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2019), has kindly sent us her new book “From an Idea to Lego”. Her books introduces kids to entrepreneurship through stories of how our favorite companies came to be. Particularly, her new book “From an Idea to LEGO" explores the history of how LEGO came to be starting with Ole Kirk Christiansen as a boy. The story takes young readers (age 8-12) through Ole, Godtfred and Kjeld's leadership years and all the way to today. AFOLs are in the book as is Adam Reed Tucker and of course the latest LEGO movies. It's an inspirational story not to be missed by any fan of LEGO.
Overall, From an Idea to Lego, is a great creative fun read. It introduces yourself or your children to entrepreneurship and highlights the idea that all great companies started with just an idea and the courage to bring that idea to life.
