This awesome Doomsday Shuttlepod was created by Mark of Falworth.  To me it looks like an awesome, scary, deep sea fish.  Sometimes the most futuristic things look like the unknown world at the bottom of the ocean I guess :)  So awesome looking!  And the custom Lego minifigures are great too.  I spy some custom Lego guns, including the Skewer SMG, one of my favorites!
