LEGO MOC of the Week - Your Finest Hour! by Giggs

"Let us therefore brace ourselves to our duties, and so bear ourselves that if the British Empire and its Commonwealth last for a thousand years, men will still say, "This was their finest hour." - Winston Churchill
This MOC, by Flickr user Giggs, may be a work in progress, but it is already looking like an accomplished build. Like a still from an old film, or footage directly from Dunkirk, this scene is full of gritty action. The focal point of this perspective is the central character who walks out of the lapping water, headed towards his brothers in arms. His body looks defeated and determined. That's not easy to convey with plastic squares! Both he and a fallen soldier wear Rucksacks on their backs. In the background two other soldiers carry a Radio Pack and British Flame Tank. In the left corner, another man is downed; his face grimaced in pain. Above him stands a grieving mate. If this is a work in progress, we're excited to see the final product. Great work as always Giggs!
