Does this really need a description? It's a pipe, and it immediately makes your minifigures look ten times cooler when they hold it, even if they aren't smoking anything out of it. In fact, I would encourage them not to smoke anything out of it, partially because it's a plastic toy and would not hold up well when put in contact with burning tobacco, but also because smoking is bad and causes all sorts of horrible things like lung cancer and bad breath. So, yes, it is a cool custom LEGO® accessory and will make your minifigures look awesome. But just remember that smoking is not cool.
