Any knight minifig would be crazy to ride into a joust without their trusty jousting helmet! The slit in the front allows the knight to clearly see their target, and then they can tilt their head up right before impact so that no splinters get in their eyes.
Add the jousting plume to the top of the helmet for some extra decoration.

I very much like the design of the jousting helmet as this is what I usually thought of as the classic knight helmet. It's well sculpted and fits on minifigure heads just fine, allowing the eyes of most figures to be seen through the visor slot. Also has a small attachment hole on top to attach a plume, or other compatable peices (I don't know the measurements of the hole.) If you want to make a jousting tournament set or just give your medieval warrior a cool helmet, I'd recommend it. Currently available in three colors.
This helmet works for every knight. History, fantasy, space opera, it just fits. Some uses lances and swords and maybe a wheellock pistol from a horse. Others use a vibropike, lightsaber and blaster from a speederbike.

I have a lot of mounted knights, so I ordered 10 of these... and definetly want more. Good looking and very good protection. Perfect for mass of knights.
I go the gold Helmet and the red jousting plume and it looks amazing, but because of the part in the back that hangs down I couldn't use it with most every sort of chest guard armor.
Ordered one. It fits well on minifig heads and looks great. The plume only attaches to one hole at the top of the helmet, so the helmet looks fine without it.
Very good fit with Lego minifigures. Fantastic do build armies and special warriors - i did both.
