Aftermarket lego parts are occasionally overburdened with detail, and it winds up feeling inappropriate when in a minifig's hand. I'm contoniually impressed by how Brick Warriors boils down the details of a weapon to its essential elements, keeping it well in scale with the minifig, resulting in a design that blends with standard lego pieces perfectly. This rifle is a great example of this, and works well in my western town.
First off the rifle looks to be modeled after a Winchester 1873. Great little rifle for minifigures. Not just for wild west but modern day ones as well. Have it with my LEGO city sheriff. Very happy with it.
Not a lot of detail like some other guns have, but it's a really classy piece for your sharpshooting needs.
Love those. just what I needed for my Western project. Some other colors darker brown but they still work good.
