What are Warrior Relics?
Warrior Relics are prototype designs that are CNC'd in house and Injected by hand creating a unique product every time.
Because these are done by hand, there is a chance of what is called a short shot. Short shots are where the plastic doesn’t flow all the way through the cavity and falls short of a complete injection. A failure.
Over Mold products have multiple shots of color to create a very stunning product. If you aren't familiar with the process, over molding is the process of injecting each additional color over the previous to make one cohesive design.
With over mold, you double that chance of short shots, with triple over molds even more so. Add to that that some colors are more resistant than others, and you have a world of headaches.
But when the stars align, and each layer cooperates, you have a beautiful work of art.
