Liability
BrickWarriors products are small and could be a choking hazard for children under 3 years of age. Please keep these products away from small children. By ordering from BrickWarriors you accept responsibility for keeping these products away from any small children and any liability for failure to do so.

Shipping and Handling
All packages will be sent via the USPS. We ship to all countries, but international customers can also order from one of our authorized resellers  in order to receive their order faster.

Packages will ship every day, Monday through Friday. We will try our best to ship every order out the same day that we receive payment.

You have the following options for domestic shipping:
USPS First-Class (2-4 days) - $4.00
USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) - $7.00

International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail - $4.00

CAUTION: Buyer takes full risk of lost packages on USPS First Class international shipping. We will gladly provide you with proof that we shipped your package, but we cannot track the package out of the US. By ordering and choosing this method you agree that BrickWarriors LLC will not be held liable and offer no reship or refund if your package does not arrive. Please note that some countries may charge VAT and/or import tax. By placing an order, you agree to pay all VAT and import tax associated with the order. If a package is refused due to taxes not being paid, that order will not be eligible for a refund. If you are not willing to take these risks, please order from one of our international resellers .

Special Shipping and Handling for Chains to Champions
Chains to Champions is much heavier than individual accessories and must be shipped in box, so the shipping charges will be higher for any order containing Chains to Champions.

Multiple Orders
If you place multiple orders going to the same address, we reserve the right to ship those orders together. If you place two orders and would like them shipped seperately, e-mail us immediately at BrickWarriorsOrders@gmail.com.

Lost Domestic Packages
We will ship packages to the address you specify, so please double check the address you enter before submitting your order. If it has been 21 days after you receive shipping confirmation and your order has still not arrived, please e-mail us at info@BrickWarriors.com with your order number and correct mailing address. If the address you give us and the mailing address on the order do not match, then it means you entered the address wrong for the order. If that is the case, the lost package is your responsibility so a refund will not be given. If the addresses match, we will try to send you your items one more time. If we no longer have certain items in stock that you ordered, we will provide a refund for those items whether you request a refund or a resend for the rest of the order.

Please note that occassionaly the post office forces us to make a slight change to your address because the address you specified is not in the system. If this happens, we will make whatever changes they suggest. If this causes the package to be lost we will not resend or refund your order as it is your responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete mailing address.

Lost International Packages
For international shipping, the buyer takes all the risk of lost packages. We will gladly provide you with proof that we shipped your package, but we cannot track the package out of the US. By ordering and choosing this method you agree that BrickWarriors LLC will not be held liable and offer no reship or refund if your package does not arrive. If you are not willing to take these risks, please order from one of our international resellers.

VAT and Import Tax on International Packages
Some countries may charge VAT and/or import tax. By placing an order, you agree to pay all VAT and import tax associated with the full value of the order. If a package is refused and returned to us due to taxes not being paid, that order will not be eligible for a refund. Please check with your local Post Office to see what taxes may be charged on the package before ordering. We will not honor requests to put a lower value on the customs declaration.

Shipping to Germany
Orders shipped to Germany tend to take longer than usual. Sometimes customs can delay packages up to 7 or 8 weeks. If you are having an order shipped to Germany please be aware that these delays may occur.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us by the USPS for any reason, we will contact you and give you a refund for your order, less shipping costs. If you still want the items, please order again after looking into why the package might have been undeliverable.

Missing Product
If any of your order is missing, do not hesitate to contact us at info@BrickWarriors.com so that we can provide you with a replacement.

Broken Pieces
We do our best to pack your orders so that all the pieces will arrive safely. If a piece gets broken by the post office it is not our fault, but we will do our best to provide you with a coupon so that you can order a replacement next time you order.

Hand Painted Custom Minifigs
The Dragon Knight, Android, Galaxy Enforcer, Mercenary, and Assassin custom figures were all hand painted. We try to make them as durable as possible, but they are mainly intended for display. Please handle them with care. BrickWarriors will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to these figures during mailing. Each one of these figures are hand painted, so there may be slight variations between the figure in the picture on our website and the figure you receive. This is especially true for the acid damage effect on the Galaxy Enforcer Figure. Very limited quantities of these figures were produced, so if it is lost in the mail you will just be given a refund for the amount you paid for the figure.

Prototypes
If an item is marked as a prototype, it means the mold was cut with my own equipment and it was injected by hand with ABS plastic. We do our best to make these as high-quality as possible, but occassionally the prototypes will have some imperfections, including but not limited to slight markings, small color swirls, grips not being perfect, small amounts of flash, and little indents.

Returns
All sales are final and all costs associated with those sales are nonrefundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know by e-mailing us at info@BrickWarriors.com so that we can improve our service and products.

Safety
BrickWarriors products are intended to be used by those ages 14 and up. Some of the parts are quite small and have somewhat sharp edges.

Annual Toys for Tots Donation
Every year since we opened for business we have donated 5% of online sales from November 1 to December 1 to Toys for Tots, a non-profit organization that donates toys to needy children during the holidays. Thank you for helping us spread the holiday cheer!

Privacy
We only collect personal information when you register on our site or place an order. You may be asked to give us your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, and indicate that you are at least 13 years old. Your personal information will only be used to help us serve you as best as we possibly can and will never be given to any third parties unless required in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

Payment for all orders will be handled by Paypal in order to ensure that your credit card information is kept confidential and secure. As part of the order process, Paypal may have access to your private information, but is required to keep such information confidential.

Occasionally we may conduct surveys on our website for discounts or free items. These surveys are intended to let us better serve our customers. Survey answers in our database may be linked to individual customers. Your survey answers will never be shown to any third parties, except to comply with law enforcement agencies. When you fill out a survey on our website, we will assume you have read and agreed to these conditions.

You may browse this site without providing any personal information. IP addresses may be recorded and evaluated in aggregate, but will never be used to identify you individually.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


What types of payment does BrickWarriors accept?
In order to ensure your safety and privacy, BrickWarriors only accepts payment through Paypal.com.

How do I use paypal to pay?
Upon finishing shopping and clicking “Paypal Checkout,” you will be directed to Paypal.com where you can then sign into your paypal account or create a new one if you do not yet have one. You should be able to use any credit card to pay via paypal.com.

I have a coupon code. How do I enter it?
Coupon codes can be entered here.

How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped (generally within 24 hours Monday through Friday), you will receive an e-mail from paypal with your USPS tracking number. To track your order, enter that number into the USPS Tracking Website. Once the package is with the USPS, it is up to them to scan the package into their system. As a result, the tracking information is usually not available in the system right when you get the e-mail from Paypal. If you have not received an e-mail from paypal with your tracking information, check your spam folder to see if it is there. If that doesn't work, try logging into your paypal account to view the order.

Will the decals on BrickWarriors custom minifigs come off?
The decals are sealed many times to prevent scratching, but the figures should still be handled with care. If you handle the figure carefully and keep it away from sharp objects, you should not have any problems with scratching. Keep in mind that these figures are intended mainly for display.

How do you make the torso designs?
The torso designs are all made using cutting edge computer software. If you want to start making your own designs, I recommend beginning in MS Paint. A very informative tutorial can be found in the Eurobricks Minifig Customiziation Workshop.

How do you make the accessories?
Each accessory is carefully designed down to a hundredth of a millimeter using a CAD program. The design is then sent to a professional tooler who cuts a cavity for each accessory into a block of solid steel. Finally, the mold is injected with high quality ABS plastic, the same plastic that LEGO® uses, under extremely high pressure to create BrickWarriors accessories.

I have a number of accessories and minifigs designed and even more that I plan to design in the near future, but I am not quite ready to reveal any of them to the public yet. When new products are available, the news will be posted on the BrickWarriors homepage . In the mean time, check out the BrickWarriors Forums  to see prototypes I’ve been working on!

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, but international customers can save on shipping and receive our products faster by ordering from one of our authorized international resellers.

What is ABS plastic?
